DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION?
We currently ship worldwide on a daily basis with all major carriers. Transportation Company may vary as we always use the one at the lowest cost for your selected country and period. We ask our clients to expect delivery within a 10-15 business day period and work hard for you to have your artwork as soon as possible. Import duty and sales tax are charged by your country. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.
CAN I CANCEL, RETURN, OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Should you however receive a damaged good or incorrect item simply notify us within 5 business days of date of receipt/delivery by the transport company and we will take all necessary measures to correct the situation.If you wish to make an exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
